Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, conducting financial analysis, and managing cash flow. You will work with Xero templates and bring VAT returns back in-house. This role is crucial for supporting the company's high growth plans, with the owner aiming to sell when turnover hits 100 million.
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role within a commercial environment is advantageous.
- Strong skills and experience working with Xero
