Management Accountant
My client, a financial services company based in Liverpool City Centre, are in need of temporary support within their Finance team. This contract role will likely last up to 9 months. It will be a fast-paced, varied contract and needs somebody adaptable and hard-working
This Management Accountant role will see you providing direct support to the senior management team. You will be an enthusiastic, adaptable individual.
This will be a hybrid role.
What you'll do:
- Production of monthly management accounts - working to strict deadlines
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting preparation and management
- VAT reconciliations
- General ledger management
- Preparing weekly KPI reports for management
- Assisting the payroll team when required
- Assisting with audit procedures
- Staff management
What you bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- An advanced level of Excel skills, plus comfortable picking up other systems
- Ideally part CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Excellent accuracy skills
- A positive, hard-working nature
- Available for an immediate start
