We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the team focused on working across a Property portfolio in the main delivering year end accounts and tax elements.

Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against key metrics.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the financial year-end close and liaise with external accountants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Processing invoices and collection of debtor payments and processing creditor payments
- Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with various departments and management to provide financial guidance and reporting.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar role within a commercial environment is advantageous.
- Strong skills and experience working with Xero.
