Management Accountant (FP&A )Liverpool (Hybrid)£40,000 + study support

Our client, an exciting leading brand in the bustling centre of Liverpool are seeking a driven, personable Part Qualified Management accountant to become a vital member of the FP&A team. You will have strong management accounts exposure with a clear understanding of FP&A and analyst experience.

As a key member of the FP&A team, you will be instrumental in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to provide critical financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with budget holders and senior managers to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis & Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis, to track business performance and highlight key trends.
  • Payroll & Cost Analysis: Monitor payroll data, track departmental movements, and assess cost implications to support forecasting and workforce planning.
  • KPI Development & Insights: Identify key financial drivers, track KPIs, and provide meaningful insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Support the automation and enhancement of financial models and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Support: Assist the Director of FP&A with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and other high-impact projects as required.
