Management Accountant

Temporary - Permanent - Liverpool City Centre (Office-Based)

Up to £45,000 DOE

I am delighted to be partnered with a Property Management company based in Liverpool City Centre - they are looking for immediate temporary support due to a busy period - with the hope that this role will become permanent.

My client are going through a period of real growth and have exciting plans for the future. You will be joining a great team, based in beautiful offices in Liverpool City Centre.

This role will be fast-paced and directly supporting the Financial Controller.

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Submitting VAT returns
  • No staff management but ensuring all transactional deadlines are met
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Rent accounting (experience not required)
  • Reconciliation ownership
  • Analysing financial information and creating packs

In order to be considered for this role you will:

  • Be available within a weeks' notice
  • Be able to commute to Liverpool City Centre five days a week
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ideally be part-CIMA/ACCA qualified
