Managment Accountant

Your new companyA leading healthcare services distributor, specialising in vaccinations and operating a pharmacy. The company experienced significant growth during the COVID-19 pandemic but downsized post-pandemic. They are now focusing on dieting jabs. Your new roleAs a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, conducting financial analysis, and managing cash flow. You will work with Xero templates and bring VAT returns back in-house. This role is crucial for supporting the company's high growth plans, with the owner aiming to sell when turnover hits £100 million.What you'll need to succeed

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in a similar role within a commercial environment is advantageous.
• Strong skills and experience working with Xero
