Our client a high-growth, PE-backed global business based in Liverpool that offers hybrid working. is seeking a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA candidate In this role, you’ll gain invaluable experience and exposure in a high-growth environment, working under the guidance of a high-calibre Group Financial Controller committed to supporting your development.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts for global entities.
  • Collaborate with the financial processing team to ensure accurate, timely bookkeeping.
  • Review P&L postings to ensure correct allocation, adjusting via journals where necessary.
  • Produce and post key revenue-related journals, including accrued and deferred income.
  • Work with project managers to align revenue recognition with project status.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving differences.
  • Provide P&L variance analysis and explanations to management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with analysis and insights.
  • Assist with year-end working papers, financial statements, and group audits.
  • Participate in projects, including acquisition accounting and entity integrations.

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • International experience is desirable
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate across all business levels.
