Imagine yourself as a key member of a dynamic finance team, where your expertise as a Senior Management Accountant will be instrumental in driving the financial success of a thriving PE backed Financial Services organisation. This permanent role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting, while also contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making processes that shape the company's future. Preferred Requirements:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, providing accurate and meaningful information on the P&L, cashflow, balance sheet and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, providing commentary on reconciling items
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Support the Financial Controller with year-end process, producing financial statements and being a key point of contact for the audit team
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or finalist (study support offered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum + 10% bonus
