- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in processing both purchase and sales ledger
- Completing daily accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- Providing administrative support to the team when required.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assisting in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Assistant' should have:
- A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- AAT qualification or similar is desirable.
