We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. This is a varied role that offers exposure to both core finance processes and internal governance, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

Description

  • Raising journals and processing accruals or prepayments as required.

  • Supporting month-end activities, including cost reviews and variance analysis.

  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and data integrity checks.

  • Helping maintain key financial data and reporting structures in finance systems.

  • Supporting budget and forecast processes with data preparation and template management.

  • Managing and maintaining the TOA (Table of Authority) ticketing system.
  • Processing TOA update requests and ensuring accurate completion within SLA.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to clarify queries and ensure compliance with approval policies.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a finance, finance operations or finance administration role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working with finance data and systems

  • Confident communicator - able to challenge and influence appropriately.

  • Proactive, curious and keen to learn new skills.
