Location: Based in Liverpool with a hybrid working model.
Salary/Benefits:
- £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Duties:You will work closely with the finance team and contribute to a range of activities, including:
- Assisting with maintaining the Purchase Ledger using Sage, including invoice processing, account reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Supporting the preparation of VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
- Helping with data analysis, including reviewing project profitability and assisting in preparing reports.
- Maintaining accurate project records and assisting with forecasting.
- Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and year-end accounts.
- Supporting the maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register and petty cash reconciliations.
- Collaborating with the team on ad hoc financial projects and process improvements.
Who will I report to?You will report to the Financial Controller
Ideal Experience:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn finance systems like Sage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
