Position: Administrative Assistant
Contract: Part-time (51 weeks per year), Permanent
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 2pm-6pm)

Satis Education are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client school. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. We are looking for a professional with strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Provide clerical support, such as typing documents, reprographics, creating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ensure the office environment remains well-organised and equipped with necessary supplies.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Competence in Office 365 (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for administrative tasks.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Prior clerical experience, including typing and document preparation.
