Job Overview:

We are hiring an administrative support professional to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic administrative experience to support a busy team and help ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Printing Batch Cards: Ensure all batch cards are printed accurately and promptly to support production and operational needs.
  • General Data Entry: Input and update data into relevant systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
  • Document Management: Ensure proper organization of documents, ensuring they are stored and filed correctly for easy retrieval.
  • Team Assistance: Provide support to the wider team by taking on various administrative duties as needed, helping with daily operations and tasks.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with any other administrative duties as required, based on the evolving needs of the team.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Basic administrative skills (no high-level expertise required)
