Temporary Administrator for an immediate start

Hourly Rate: £13ph plus holiday – please note this is weekly pay.

Location: Bootle – close to train station.

Job Type: Temporary – ongoing – always potential for a role to become permanent.

We are seeking an Administrator to join a procurement and accounts team (a team of 4) on a temporary basis due to volume of work. Our client are a large organisation and do require this role to be fully office based

Hours of work are – 9am-5pm (37.5hpw)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide full administration support to the team.
  • Raising purchasing requisitions and providing PO numbers.
  • Matching PO numbers. Keeping records of PO’s. Matching invoices. 
  • Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact to gather necessary information and support procurement activities.
  • Assisting ether departments and workers with queries and updates as required.
  • Volume work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven administration experience and someone who has worked in a fast paced environment dealing with volume work.

Any experience within procurement, dealing with PO numbers, dealing with invoices and general administration. 

Strong IT skills, any experience using SAP, Mainsaver or any other procurement system would be an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently with repetitive processes and think creatively when needed.

Strong team player with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
