Our Client is recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their established team.

Duties

The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with database, typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager and any other administrative duties within the team.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong computer skills using MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

• Good time management and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure; multi-task and respond to changing needs in a busy environment

• Experience working in a team in a customer focused, target driven environment is highly desirable.
