We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support department within our Not For Profit sector. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team's daily operations.

The role is a term time only position - the salary shown is Pro rata.

Description

  • Organising and scheduling appointments
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing general support to visitors

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
