IFA Administrator

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful and reputable IFA firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional wealth management environment, with experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to Advisors with the goal of creating a seamless and efficient client experience. The role offers excellent opportunity for growth and development.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Regular liaison with clients, managing requests and queries as required
  • Processing new business applications, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
  • Preparing valuations for clients, and updating client records in CRM to maintain accurate client information
  • Administration of investments, pensions, and estate planning as and when required, in support of Advisers
  • Prepare review packs and performance reports
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is received and documented
  • Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and provider transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least one year of administrative experience within an IFA or Financial Services organisation
  • Experience in client management systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and Advisers alike
  • Strong knowledge of financial investment and pension products
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
