We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful and reputable IFA firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional wealth management environment, with experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to Advisors with the goal of creating a seamless and efficient client experience. The role offers excellent opportunity for growth and development.
Day-to-day of the role:- Regular liaison with clients, managing requests and queries as required
- Processing new business applications, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
- Preparing valuations for clients, and updating client records in CRM to maintain accurate client information
- Administration of investments, pensions, and estate planning as and when required, in support of Advisers
- Prepare review packs and performance reports
- Ensuring compliance documentation is received and documented
- Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and provider transactions
- At least one year of administrative experience within an IFA or Financial Services organisation
- Experience in client management systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and Advisers alike
- Strong knowledge of financial investment and pension products
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Salary up to £31,000 depending on experience and qualification status
