- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Track and monitor the progress of cases and liaising with senior leadership as appropriate.
- Encourage good working practices by advising manager of procedures. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring efficient document management
- Assisting in the preparation of regular reports
- Handling correspondence and queries
- Maintaining office systems
- Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues

A successful Office Administrator should have:
