Your new companyI am currently working with a key client who is an award-winning financial services organisation based in the heart of Liverpool's business quarter. They are seeking a professional administrator to join their payout team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based from modern offices and very easily commutable from all areas of Liverpool / Wirral, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their next opportunity within administration. Your new roleThe main purpose of your role is to complete all administration tasks accurately and efficiently in relation to customer payouts. You will:

  • Ensure that all payout processes are monitored and controlled
  • Ensure all deals are processed accurately, and the appropriate funds are raised and released.
  • Receive documentation proof, update the application system and identify any incorrect or fraudulent issues.
  • Take responsibility for the checking of deals with missing or incorrect information and, where possible, provide a solution.
  • Process vehicle or asset remittances and ensure that accounts are advised of the correct method of payment
  • Liaise with account managers and dealers and provide other administrative support where required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in an administration role within financial services, or similar. You will have excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and be able to work to deadlines. Exposure to SAGE and working within a broker environment would be hugely advantageous. This role does require some weekend work. Approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays, sometimes less, which is paid at time and a half and is work from home.
