At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Policy Administrator to join a growing & reputable company in Liverpool City Centre working in a brilliant office environment.Package: up to £23,788 - (35 hours)Holidays: 24 days + bank (increases with service)Location: Liverpool- Fully Office based for the first 6 months then hybrid workingBenefits: Healthcare cash plan - Life Assurance - Access to EAPMain Responsibilities to include:

  • Send out and process payroll deduction, Direct Debit, and application forms
  • Process downgrades following tasks form the Finance Team
  • Process bounce backs and Single Force Migrations
  • Liaise with company contacts/brokers to resolve queries using we-mail and the telephone
  • Liaise with policy holders to resolve queries using e-mail and telephone
  • Assist with Data Import Team with APIs queries and imports to ensure Service Levels are met
  • Maintain the quality of the main database and ensure it is kept up to date
  • Handle inbound emails/calls regarding membership data and process any changes in a timely manner
  • Update spreadsheets and databases for any new business/amendments to policies and produce relevant documentation
  • Organise distributions of policy schedules
  • Provide reports and spreadsheets as required
  • Fulfil additional tasks, as assigned by your Team Leader, to meet the needs of the business
