Are you an experienced, organised and hardworking Administrator looking to work in a supportive school environment? Vision for Education is working with a well-respected school in Wavertree, Liverpool, to find a dedicated School Office Administrator to help support in the school office. The hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday to Friday.Â
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative tasks, including attendance records, student enrollment, and staff timetables.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as needed.
• Provide general office support
Requirements:
• Experience working with SIMS systems.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle various queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
