Senior Business Support Officer

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Senior Business Support Officer in Liverpool. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • This post is to support the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team run smoothly and effectively in the management of all student and ASYE placements
  • Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
  • Diary Management/Meeting arrangements for Head of Service
  • Issue and recall IT equipment
  • Purchase orders from training commissioning - this includes that supervision training

The candidate:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity is essential
  • Experience working in a similar role for a local authority is highly desirable, especially if this was for children's services
  • Proficient in the most popular IT systems
