Are you an experienced Business Support Officer with strong minute-taking skills? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join the Children’s Services team at The Ray Hurst Centre.

  • Location: The Ray Hurst Centre (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute Taking: Providing accurate and timely minutes for meetings, ensuring key actions and decisions are recorded.
  • Administrative Support: Delivering high-quality business and administrative assistance to the Children’s Services team.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinating and managing tasks to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with council policies.
  • Data & Reporting: Assisting team leaders with data management, reports, and general office duties.
  • Communication Hub: Acting as a key contact for internal and external queries, ensuring smooth communication within the department.

Requirements:
