Your new roleI am currently working with a leading construction company who are looking for a technical administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting in to the compliance manager, the main purpose of your role is to manage the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and subsequent payment. Your duties will include keeping master data up to date for all subcontractors, managing the input of applications as received and to ensure all documentation is correct. You will also be required to complete any other administrative duties where required and will be expected to identify any common and reoccurring issues which need escalating to management. Creating good relationships with commercial staff will be key.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload. It is highly desirable to have administrative experience within the construction industry, and knowledge of commercial contracts would be advantageous. Prior exposure to Oracle / other similar systems would be advantageous. What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working patterns. During training, you will need to be in the office for 4 days. This will then reduce to 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
