As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff
- Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
- Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
- Liaising with relatives and external healthcare professionals
- Providing hands-on clinical care when needed
The Clinical Lead Nurse role comes with an attractive package:
- Annual salary up to £38,000 working 3 days
- Day shifts from 8am to 8pm, 3 days per week
