As a Clinical Night Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example to ensure high standards of care
- Managing medication, care plans, and general nursing duties
- Leading the team during your night shifts
The Clinical Night Nurse Manager role includes:
- Annual salary of 48,000 - 49,000
- Full-time, permanent position working four nights per week
- Opportunities for training and development
- Be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD, or RMN)
- Possess excellent clinical skills, including wound and catheter care
- Have previous experience in elderly care, preferably in a nursing home
- Understand clinical governance, risk management, and audit
- Comply with policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and NMC guidelines
