Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate will have worked with automotive businesses.
  • Experience with core quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Hands-on experience with quality inspection equipment (CMM or Faro Arm experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing practices.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, small-team environment and taking on diverse tasks.
  • Involvement in internal auditing to ISO9001, training can be provided for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in a customer-facing quality role.
  • Skilled in problem-solving techniques and process documentation.
  • Comfortable with shop floor activities and driving improvement initiatives.
