Salary: Up to 43,000 (depending on experience)

Title: Quality Engineer
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate will have worked with automotive businesses.
- Experience with core quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
- Hands-on experience with quality inspection equipment (CMM or Faro Arm experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing practices.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, small-team environment and taking on diverse tasks.
- Involvement in internal auditing to ISO9001, training can be provided for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in a customer-facing quality role.
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques and process documentation.
- Comfortable with shop floor activities and driving improvement initiatives.
