Technical Analyst - VMWare

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Tehnical Analyst to join Liverpool City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract working 35 hours per week.

The Role:

Support the procurement of an implementation partner to migrate on-premise VMWare hyperconverged application hosting platform to VMWare AVS. Will be required to assure implantation, security, connectivity and remote access and support the configuration and subsequent implementation of Entra joined Windows 11. An outline design has been produced, but resource is required to refine and implement the design aspirations within the current operational environment.

The candidate will be required to support the procurement and implementation of Application and desktop virtualization solution which will complement delivery of a blended application estate. Support the procurement and implementation of Application release and patch management in addition to Cloud Proxy and web content filtering.
