360 recruitment are currently working with a construction client of ours who are looking to expand their team and add a Design Manager . You will be looking after projects across the East Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complete, accurate, commercially viable design information for construction and procurement process.
- Ensure design compliance to project contractual agreements, budgets and regulations
- Develop and maintain BIM Principle
- Contractor design experience within the education sector
- Management design team experience including architects, engineers, and consultants
