Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning advice, including investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and create tailored recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular client contact.
- Keep up to date with financial market trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through client referrals and new business development.
- Relevant financial qualifications (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and Management or equivalent).
- Proven track record in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
