Are you looking for more varied work, sick of sitting in an office all day, every day? I am working with Merseyside's best IT Solutions providers leading their search for an IT Support Analyst who can assist with the on-site IT Support in their Liverpool based School customers.
The MSP that you will be working for are an incredible outfit with some superb training plans and facilities, and have a really good bunch of Engineers who are very tight knit, you will get truly looked after here. Within this role you will be working 3 days per week on site at a multi academy trust in Liverpool centre, and for the other 2 days per week you will be assisting in other contracted Schools and business' within the area.

What You'll Do: - Deliver expert second-line IT support to schools, colleges, and universities.
- Manage and enhance IT systems, networks, and infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Conduct on-site visits across Merseyside to provide technical support and strategic guidance.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with educational staff and corporate clients to identify and implement tailored IT solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in IT support, ideally with educational institutions (experience with corporate clients is an advantage).
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in network management, cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace), and server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Specialized Skills: Experience with Smoothwall, Aruba switches, and educational tech systems (e.g., MIS, Paxton Systems).
- Additional Tools: Skilled in Mac management, MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf), and print management tools (e.g., Papercut).
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Communication: A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills for engaging with educators and business professionals.
- Travel: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regular travel across Merseyside.
