The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding candidate with the drive to succeed, to join a highly respected motor group. The basic salary on offer is circa £35000 and the OTE is £70000, plus company car, pension and many other group benefits.
