They pride themselves on industry expertise and exceptional service, offering customers top-quality parts and support for their Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs). They are now seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executive to become an integral part of the teams success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Proactively promote and sell a wide range of HGV parts and accessories to both existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the correct parts and information for their needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring the availability of parts, and ordering as necessary. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient parts distribution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest HGV parts and accessories, including new products and promotions. Provide technical support and guidance to customers where needed.
- Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers. Ensure timely and correct invoicing for all parts sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and other team members to provide seamless customer service and achieve business goals.
- Proven experience in a parts sales role, ideally within the automotive or HGV sector.
- Strong knowledge of HGV parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
