SME Account Executive

Your role:

You will take the next step forward in your insurance career within successful and growing brokerage, by making best use of your commercial insurance experience.

This role will suit an Insurance Advisor/Consultant or an Insurance Account Handler that wants to step up into an Account Executive role.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients
Drive growth by generating and engaging with leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and utilising data for business development
Meet and exceed a realistic annual new business income target
Collaborate with an experienced team and benefit from a structured training programme, including mentorship

We’re looking for:

Experience of commercial insurance, such as account handling, sales and development, broking, or underwriting
Cert CII qualified is advantageous but not essential
