Accounts Payable opportunity for a three-month temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiences Purchase Leger Clerk to gain valuable experience in a unique public sector organisation
Accounts Payable will be responsible for working as part of a friendly team to ensure that the correct invoices are matched to the appropriate PO numbers.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant
- Match high volume invoices to the correct PO numbers
- Bacs runs
- Data entry
- Dealing with queries
Required skills and experience of the Accounts Payable Assistant
- At least 6 months experience of matching invoices
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
