About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth business based in Liverpool. As part of their Accounts Payable team, you will build the function from the ground up, making a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Enter and verify supplier invoices using SAP.
  • Process employee expenses and handle supplier queries.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and request credit notes when necessary.
  • Assist with supplier setup verification and perform other duties as needed by the Finance Manager .


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar role essential
  • AAT qualification or working towards desirable
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
