About the RoleAs a Finance Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day financial operations run smoothly. This is a varied position ideal for someone with a good foundation in finance who's ready to deepen their experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with the wider finance team to support everything from transactional duties to monthly reconciliations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the end-to-end processing of supplier and customer invoices
  • Conducting regular reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts
  • Supporting with credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate debtor records
  • Handling finance queries from colleagues and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Updating financial records and contributing to the preparation of reports for management review
  • Getting involved in projects that offer early exposure to the world of management accounts
  • Playing a part in refining and improving financial processes as the business grows

What We're Looking For

  • Some previous experience in a finance or accounts role (e.g., Accounts Assistant, Finance Clerk)
  • A strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ideally, familiarity with accounting software
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment
