Accounts Payable Clerk / Part-time (22.5hours) / £25,000 - £27,000 FTE / Permanent / Near Wavertree / Hybrid

Location: Near Wavertree - Parking on-site Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week, including Wednesday and Friday, with 1 day working from home)Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum FTE

Adaptable Recruitment is working closely with an established business near Wavertree to recruit a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Handling supplier queries and reconciling statements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers
  • Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies
  • Maintaining supplier accounts and updating financial records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
