Process Scientist - Sterile Manufacturing

Walker Cole International is supporting the search for a Process Scientist to join a global pharmaceutical company. As a Process Improvement Scientist, you will play a key role supporting on driving sterile drug product manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and yield improvements across aseptic processing and lyophilisation.
  • Support technology transfer and the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
  • Lead investigations and process optimisation projects to enhance production performance.
  • Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards while mentoring staff on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Experience in sterile pharmaceutical production and process development.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, filtration, sterilisation methods, and lyophilisation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and process monitoring.
