Bookkeeper Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing firm who are always on the lookout for dynamic individuals. As the bookkeeper, you will be joining a a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Completion of accounts to a high standard for a variety of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
- Completion of corporation tax returns
- Management accounts preparation
- VAT Returns
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations on a timely basis ensuring all transactions are allocated and understood.
- Monthly and Weekly Reporting to management
- Prepare bank payment runs and reconciliations.
- Client bookkeeping
- Supporting Directors with month end reporting.
Bookkeeper Experience Required
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) and Accountancy Software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
