Your role as a Sales Development Representative

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Understand and match customer needs with our products and services
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients

What you will need as a Sales Development Representative

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory
