What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to businesses via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Book discovery calls and generate qualified sales opportunities

  • Accurately track activity and progress through a CRM
  • Create engaging, tailored messaging for outbound campaigns
  • Regularly contribute ideas in team sessions to optimise performance

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in a BDR/SDR, telesales, or cold calling role
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Organised, proactive, and always thinking a step ahead

Bonus Points If You Have
