Role Overview:As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining our client's school premises. Your work will help create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Ensuring the school premises, furniture, and equipment are in good condition. This includes minor repairs and general upkeep
- Security: Opening and closing the school buildings, ensuring they are secure, and monitoring access to the premises
- Health and Safety: Addressing any health and safety concerns, Fire Alarm Check, Fire Extinguisher Checks, PAT Testing, Emergency Lighting
- Event Setup: Preparing areas for school events, including setting up furniture and equipment
- Grounds keeping: Maintaining the school grounds, including mowing lawns, weeding, and keeping pathways clear
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Shift pattern between 6 AM - 7 PM

- A proactive individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience as a Caretaker and working in schools before
- A team player who is reliable and has a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to health and safety.
