Are you a Business Analyst with strong analytic skills?

Our client is a leading insurance company seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and both front-end and back-end development teams, you will ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and met.

This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week in the office, which is based in central Liverpool.

What you'll be doing:

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

What you'll need:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools.
Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with Azure, including Azure Data Lake, is highly desirable.
