Title: Contract Business Analyst position for a LA in the North West Introduction:We are looking for talented and experienced business analysts to join our client's transformation team in the north west region. Our client is a local authority seeking 3 consultants who have experience working on transformation programmes within adults social care and customer experience Job Description:As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level analysis that helps drive change initiatives within your assigned area. You'll work closely with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation to understand their needs and translate them into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:- Conducting gap analyses between current processes/systems and desired outcomes- Lead on embedding a business improvement way of working at all levels and demonstrate the value of working in this way- Ensuring that our business analysis practices are reviewed regularly to make sure they're still fit for purpose and in line with industry best practice- Supporting our Assistant Business Analysts to help them successfully achieve their work objectives through sharing your knowledge and expertise.- Reviewing complex service processes and identify improvementsQualifications/ Skills Required (not limited to):- 2 years Business Analyst experience - Stakeholder engagement - Demonstrable experience managing stakeholder relationships up-to senior/exec level.- Business Process Mapping / As-is/to-be models creation - ability create clear visual aid documentation which support delivery teams understanding requirements.Please contact Lauryn Charlton at Computer Futures to express your interest and for more information -
