The Company:
A housing association who are forward forward-thinking and innovative are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their team to drive customer satisfaction and improve the service they offer to customers.
The Role:
As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Performing analysis across customer behaviours and survey data
- Providing insights to stakeholders to better decision-making
- Creating reports or dashboards to present findings
Skills/Requirements:
- Visualisation tool experience preferably Power BI
- SQL experience is desirable
- Analytical mindset for data storytelling
- Stong communication
Interview Process:
1st stage - 30 mins chat with the hiring manager
2nd stage - F2F task and presentation
