Location: Hybrid role with one day at the office in Kirkby, Liverpool

Role:

  • Actively supporting the Branch Manager in the growth of the business by developing strategies for increasing existing business, enticing dormant accounts and sourcing new business in the area
  • Identifying new sales leads and promoting products and services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customer base
  • Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Maintaining and growing your customer base by selling the companys wide range of products whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service, developing relationships and encouraging repeat business

Person:

  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a can do attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
  • A proven track record of working in sales within the electrical, plumbing or building trades would be essential
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
