What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the maintenance, management, and compliance of properties,
Planning and implementing effective on-site operations, customer service strategies, and scheduled maintenance,
Managing service charge budgets, reviewing contracts and ensuring cost-effective solutions,
Conducting health and safety inspections,
Providing training to staff, managing customer engagement strategies, and act as the face of the developments to deliver excellent customer care.

Previous experience working as a Block Manager,
Full UK driving license & access to your own car,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
