Profile
A successful Early Careers Recruiter should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in graduate recruitment, ideally within the professional services industry.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
- A deep understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
