The role offers great working hours of 10-4, Monday to Friday and comes with a salary of £25,000 pro rata (£20,000 for 30 hours) and benefits that include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) What will you be doing as a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator?Working as part of a friendly team in the office, you will be carrying out aa varied and busy role. Duties will include:

  • Speaking with a range of tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Logging repairs and maintenance issues
  • Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs to residential properties
  • Chasing up outstanding or pending maintenance with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records
  • Handling any emergency maintenance issues
  • Liaising with other internal contacts to progress any maintenance issues highlighted from their inspections
  • Building relationships with contractors and ensuring they have an out of hours contract arrangement in place to meet any urgent requests

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar property or housing maintenance co-ordinator role
  • With experience of dealing with repairs and maintenance
  • Strong general IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • If you are used to managing a busy and varied administrative role
  • A real people person with excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver
